Supported Umbraco and .NET versions

uMarketingSuite supports the following version combinations:

  • Umbraco 8.x.x + .NET Framework 4.8 + uMarketingSuite
  • Umbraco 9.x.x + .NET Core 5 + uMarketingSuite
  • Umbraco 10.x.x + .NET 6 + uMarketingSuite
  • Umbraco 11.x.x + .NET 7 + uMarketingSuite
  • Umbraco 12.x.x + .NET 7 + uMarketingSuite
  • Umbraco 13.x.x + .NET 8 + uMarketingSuite

Reporting issues

If you find something please report it to the forum on our.umbraco.com or report an issue to our GitHub repository.

Please make sure you include the following information:

Umbraco version: Umbraco x.x
uMarketingSuite version: x.x.x (you can find the version number in the top right corner of the start page of uMarketingSuite)
Hosting: Non-cloud / cloud / Umbraco Cloud
Loadbalanced: Yes/No
CM / CD environment: Yes/No
SQL server version: 20xx / Azure SQL instance type
Stack trace with exact error messages:

If you as a registered uMarketingSuite partner and communicate by email with the support team please also include the /config/uMarketingSuite/uMarketingSuite.config file.
